Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments for pediatric patients with communication disorders within a hospital-based outpatient setting. Establish measurable goals in collaboration with patients and families, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based treatment interventions. Provide initial and ongoing patient education or home exercise programs while directing licensed and non-licensed staff under your plans of care. Maintain accurate documentation, perform charging tasks including modifier application and corrections, and ensure compliance with Massachusetts licensing standards and infection control protocols. Meet productivity standards for primary areas and maintain ongoing professional development through supervision of students and attendance at conferences.
Required Qualifications
- MS in Speech Language Pathology from accredited school
- SLP - Speech Language Pathologist
- Maintain active license to practice Speech Therapy in Massachusetts
- Maintain active Certificate of Clinical Competency in Speech-Language Pathology in Massachusetts

- Previous clinical experience/rehabilitation experience
