PEDIATRIC SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Conduct comprehensive evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatments for pediatric patients with communication disorders within a hospital-based outpatient setting. Establish functional goals in collaboration with patients and families, then implement evidence-based treatment interventions and home exercise programs. Direct licensed and non-licensed staff, manage discharge planning, and ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards. Maintain accurate documentation, perform charge entry with appropriate modifiers, and communicate effectively with staff, peers, and family members.
