Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Conduct outpatient pediatric speech therapy sessions with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care. Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in physical therapy, occupational therapy, and applied behavior analysis while maintaining autonomy. Work in locations across Newport News, Williamsburg, and Hampton, VA, with reasonable caseloads designed to maximize time with patients.
