Job Summary
Provide speech therapy with a required specialty focus in feeding and myofunctional therapy (training provided). Guaranteed daily planning time (1 hour protected; additional hour per evaluation). Opportunity to participate in clinic, school, or hybrid roles (Katy ISD, Waller ISD, expanding into additional districts). Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs). Clinics feature private rooms and a collaborative team; flexible scheduling with hybrid school + clinic pathways available, or fully in-clinic. Compensation includes full-time salary ($75k-$80k) with PPV for part-time, benefits (medical, dental, 401(k)), PTO+Holiday pay, CEU reimbursement, and a structured clinical ladder with bonuses. Qualifications include Texas SLP license (or eligibility) and willingness to specialize in feeding and myofunctional therapy; CFs welcome.
Required Qualifications
- Texas SLP license (or eligibility)
- Must work at least one after-school shift weekly
