Job Summary
Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist needed to lead and grow a neurodiversity-affirming pediatric speech program in Scottsdale. Take over a small established caseload, conduct in-depth assessments, supervise SLPAs, and help shape the speech program for years to come. Responsibilities include providing direct individual and small group therapy sessions (at least 20 hours/week), conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, building replicable processes with the owner, mentoring SLPAs, collaborating with teachers, and pivoting to support the team as needed. Opportunity to start part-time in summer and build to full-time (at least 30 hours/week). Must have 3+ years pediatric experience and Arizona SLP license; compensation $78-90k/year plus bonuses and benefits. This is a year-round role with leadership/director growth potential.
Required Qualifications
- Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license
- 3+ years experience in pediatric outpatient setting
- comfortable with complex cases and leadership/mentorship responsibilities
