Job Summary
Pediatric SLP role in a clinician-owned, in-person clinic in San Diego offering full-time or flexible part-time (minimum 20 hours) with structured 30-minute sessions, a full admin team, and opportunities to pursue leadership as the department expands. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to growth in areas like AAC, feeding therapy, myofunctional therapy, sensory integration, and group programs. CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLPs welcome to apply. Licensed (or eligible) California SLP required. Ideal candidate excels in play-based therapy, communication, teamwork, and has a growth mindset with a passion for pediatric care. Compensation includes a base of $83k-$90k with production bonuses and potential OTE of $85k-$100k DOE; benefits include health insurance, CEU stipend, paid training, 401k match, PTO, holidays, and more.
