Job Summary
Conduct speech, language, AAC, and feeding therapy sessions with neurodiversity-affirming, play-based approaches for pediatric clients. Deliver 30-minute in-person treatments within a multidisciplinary clinic setting where the administrative team manages scheduling and materials. Provide documentation and collaborate with peers during dedicated indirect time, focusing on child-led therapy while maintaining a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset. Midday schedules from 11am to 3pm, Monday through Friday, with part-time availability of 20–25 hours per week. Autism experience is preferred, and the role offers paid admin time, CEU reimbursement, and bonus opportunities tied to documentation and referrals.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral from an accredited program
- Active NJ SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong communicator with a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Autism experience is preferred
