Job Summary
Pediatric SLP in a boutique private practice with a hybrid schedule (in-clinic and remote) assess, treat, and create individualized therapy plans for a pediatric caseload; collaborate with a supportive team and enjoy scheduling flexibility and a generous benefits package. Full-time and part-time options available; CCC-SLPs are encouraged to apply; license in California required or pending.
Required Qualifications
- Active or pending California Speech Language Pathology License
- Experience working with the pediatric population (preferred)
- Fluency experience a plus, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment
- Ability to work at least half of your hours in Santa Cruz, CA (preferred)
