Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary
Provide individualized, play-based speech and language therapy to children with developmental and communication disorders in an outpatient pediatric setting; conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans addressing speech, language, social communication, and feeding needs; document care in Raintree EMR; collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to promote carryover at home; participate in a clinician-led, team-driven culture with opportunities for mentorship, CEUs, and career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
