Job Summary
Deliver individualized, evidence-based speech and language therapy to children with developmental and communication disorders, including autism spectrum disorder, speech delays, and feeding difficulties. Conduct evaluations to develop treatment plans addressing social communication, articulation, and functional skills, then implement engaging, play-based interventions to promote growth. Document care accurately in Raintree EMR while partnering closely with families to ensure carryover at home. Collaborate with occupational therapists and physical therapists within an interdisciplinary team to support clinical learning and peer growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or Clinical Fellowship eligibility
