Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric speech, language, communication, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and provide compassionate, family-centered therapy services. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care. Educate families on treatment strategies and home programs. Maintain timely and accurate documentation using AI-powered technology. Requires a Master's degree, active state license, and CCC-SLP certification. Full-time outpatient role in Roanoke, VA with up to $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
- Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs
- Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care
