Job Summary
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals. Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders while educating families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, document care in an electronic medical record system, and maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available with flexible scheduling based on availability and caseload.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
- Bilingual
