Job Summary
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring while developing and implementing individualized treatment plans. Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders, educating families to ensure carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, documenting all care in an electronic medical record system while maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
