Job Summary
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders while educating families for carryover in daily routines. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams, documenting all care in an electronic medical record system. Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This role offers flexible scheduling and autonomy in caseload management for clinicians with an active Texas SLP license and ASHA certification.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted SLP license (Texas)
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
