Job Summary
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in a home health setting across Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and Amarillo. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals, then implement evidence-based speech and language interventions. Educate families and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress while maintaining accurate and timely documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary therapy teams to ensure comprehensive care. Requires an active Texas SLP license, CPR certificate, and reliable transportation. Flexible scheduling options available for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles.

Desired Qualifications
- ASHA CCCs preferred (or CFY welcome)
- Pediatric experience preferred (home health experience a plus)
- Bilingual (preferred not required)

- Passion for working with children and families
