Job Summary
Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for pediatric clients while developing and implementing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans. Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing using EMR systems, and set measurable goals to track progress based on each child's Plan of Care. Manage your assigned caseload efficiently and supervise SLPAs as needed, collaborating with families, school staff, and early intervention programs to provide education and support beyond therapy sessions. Requires a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, current Florida SLP License, and proficiency with EMR systems. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida SLP License
- NPI and Medicaid provider number
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record (minimum age 21) for program-related travel
- Proficiency with EMR systems and basic technology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism
- Commitment to ethical practice, growth, and compassionate care
