Job Summary
Provide individualized pediatric speech-language therapy to medically complex children in a PPEC setting, addressing communication, feeding, and swallowing challenges. Develop and implement treatment plans focused on functional outcomes; document services in Raintree EMR; maintain structured productivity; collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams; partner with families to support carryover and skill development. Must hold a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with licensure eligibility (CCC-SLP preferred) and be prepared to work in Crestview, FL. Sign-on bonus of $5,000 and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
