Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist administers Speech and Language Therapy services for pediatric patients under medical prescription within the Mayer Center Outpatient Physical Rehabilitation, with per diem hours Monday-Friday 8am–7pm (no weekends) in Portland, CT. Responsibilities include providing pediatric speech therapy services to children and adolescents with developmental challenges in a dedicated multidisciplinary space, adhering to hospital regulations and the CT Practice Act, and utilizing electronic medical charting. Preferred qualifications include experience with EMR and 3-5 years of clinical experience; flex scheduling. The center offers a comprehensive set of therapy services (PT, OT, ST, ABA) in a pediatric-friendly environment and emphasizes patient-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
