Job Summary
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist administers Speech and Language Therapy services under medical prescription in an outpatient rehabilitation setting for children and adolescents with developmental challenges, within Middlesex Health’s Mayer Center. Requires a graduate of an accredited SLP program and CT licensure or eligibility; EMR experience and 3-5 years of clinical experience are preferred. Flexibility with scheduling and the ability to work Monday–Friday between 8am–7pm without weekend work are highlighted features of this per diem role in Portland, CT. The center offers integrated PT/OT/ST/ABA spaces and a sensory gym to support therapy across a range of developmental disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut
- Per diem hours; Monday-Friday 8am-7pm (no weekends)
- Experience with electronic medical charting (preferred)
- 3-5 years’ clinical experience (preferred)
