Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist - Per Diem

Job Summary
The Speech Language Pathologist administers Speech and Language Therapy services under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act and quality standards. Responsibilities include delivering pediatric therapy to children and adolescents, utilizing electronic medical charting, and adapting schedules to per diem hours (Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm). Requires graduation from an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology and licensure or eligibility to practice in Connecticut; 3–5 years of clinical experience preferred. The Mayer Center provides services across PT/OT/ST/ABA within a child-centered setting, emphasizing developmental disorders and multidisciplinary care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
- Experience with electronic medical charting (EMR) — preferred
- 3-5 years’ clinical experience — preferred
- Flexibility with scheduling — preferred
