Job Summary
Evaluate and treat pediatric patients for speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders in accordance with physician orders. Deliver therapeutic procedures to overcome disabilities while working as a team member to support and inform parents and guardians. Educate families on treatment plans and demonstrate competency in applying specific therapy principles, methods, and equipment. Adhere to accreditation standards and compliance requirements while providing outpatient services at our Fishers and Osceola, IN clinics. Master's degree and current state license required; minimum one year pediatric experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current state license/certification
- Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to provide therapy services at our outpatient clinic at times to accommodate the needs of our clients
- Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in pediatric speech pathology
