Job Summary
Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist provides speech and language therapy services under medical prescription for pediatric patients in an outpatient setting at the Mayer Center. Responsibilities include administering therapy in accordance with state practice acts and clinical standards, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and utilizing electronic medical records. Requires graduate training in Speech-Language Pathology and license eligibility in Connecticut; preferred 3-5 years of clinical experience and flexibility with scheduling. Per diem position with hours Monday–Friday between 8am–7pm, located in Portland, CT; center offers a range of therapies (PT/OT/ST/ABA) and a sensory gym to support children and adolescents with developmental needs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
