Job Summary
Administer Speech and Language Therapy services under medical prescription in accordance with Hospital regulation, State of Connecticut Practice Act, and quality standards. Conduct therapy for children and adolescents with various developmental disorders using dedicated treatment areas and an extensive sensory gym designed for self-regulation skills. Provide care for patients with physical, emotional, and behavioral needs while maintaining electronic medical charting. Work per diem Monday through Friday between 8am and 7pm at the Mayer Center in Portland, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Speech and Language Pathology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice in the State of Connecticut
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with electronic medical charting
- 3-5 years' clinical experience
- Flexibility with scheduling
