Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders in children ages 0–18 while developing individualized treatment plans based on each child's needs. Work closely with parents, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to support skill development, carryover outside of therapy sessions, and consistent progress toward treatment goals. Maintain active state SLP licensure and hold a Master's degree with an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence. Requires minimum 2 years of pediatric SLP experience and strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches. Full-time availability Monday–Friday during regular business hours, with occasional evening or weekend needs.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Active state SLP license
- Minimum 2 years of pediatric SLP experience
- Experience assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Passion for working with children and families
- Full-time availability, Monday–Friday during regular business hours, with occasional evening or weekend needs
