Job Summary

Provide dynamic, play-based speech and language therapy integrating sensory, motor, and cognitive strategies for neurodivergent children. Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with a holistic, transdisciplinary care model and educate families on communication strategies. Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants while engaging in cross-discipline consultations with physicians, occupational therapists, and ABA professionals. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring compliance with state and company policies. Contribute to the Clinical Ladder Program for leadership growth. Requires a Master's degree, active licensure, and ASHA CCC-SLP certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP licensure in the state(s) where you practice
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification
