Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow

Job Summary
Evaluate pediatric patients for receptive and expressive language, speech fluency, vocal competence, articulation, and auditory skills. Conduct screenings, direct treatment, and organize medically prescribed speech therapy services in home health settings. Direct patients and caregivers in selected tasks to reinforce performance while maintaining appropriate communication regarding progress and home programs. Coordinate care with office staff, refer to external resources, and consult supervisors on patient progress. Maintain supplies, participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement programs, and attend continuing education activities. Demonstrate initiative in managing caseloads and serving as backup for other providers while complying with all company policies. Requires Master's degree, current licensure, and pediatric clinical experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state-issued professional licensure
- Valid state driver license
- CPR certified
- Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Pediatric clinical experience preferred
- Home health experience preferred
