Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients, documenting services in our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care, while providing guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows depending on experience. This bilingual role offers a Spanish Immersion Program and includes a bonus for existing Spanish-English speakers. We provide mentorship, continuing education assistance, and flexible Monday–Friday scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or interest in pediatrics
