Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients, documenting services in our EMR to meet clinical standards and payer regulations. Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care while providing guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows. This bilingual role includes a Spanish Immersion Program to support career growth within a multidisciplinary team at Therapitas, a leading pediatric outpatient clinic serving Spanish-speaking families across Oklahoma.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation)
- Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or interest in pediatrics
Desired Qualifications
- Already bilingual Spanish-English speaking SLPs/SLPAs
