Job Summary
Deliver speech therapy interventions under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist, implementing treatment plans for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Support patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing challenges while educating families on therapy carryover techniques. Monitor patient progress, document all services in the EMR, and coordinate care with clinical team members to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. Full-time and part-time roles available in Odessa, TX and surrounding areas.
Required Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license (Texas)
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1+ year of pediatric or home health experience
- Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
