Job Summary
Promote Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products (e.g., Similac, PediaSure) in hospital and office settings; develop and support territory sales goals; negotiate and contract with hospitals; support new product launches; possess comprehensive product/clinical knowledge and communicate effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses. Understand hospital hierarchies (NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries) and manage budgets; work independently with initiative and autonomy; travel about 20% within the San Antonio area (including Fredricksburg/Kerrville/Victoria) with a local candidate focus; not a relocation offering role. Education and experience: Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years healthcare sales experience; familiarity with hospital pediatric settings is a plus.
