Job Summary
Conduct client assessments, administer prescribed medication and therapy, and manage emergency situations for medically fragile children in home and school settings. Provide training and education to family members while overseeing supply management and communicating with the multi-disciplinary care team. Perform duties across weekday and weekend shifts, including day and night rotations, with flexible scheduling options. This role offers immediate openings in Jersey City, NJ, for RNs and LPNs with current state licensure and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current NJ RN/LPN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Trach/Vent experience preferred
- Home care experience is a plus, but not required
