Job Summary
Conduct client assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapy, and manage emergency situations for medically fragile children in their homes or schools. Provide training and education to family members while coordinating with the multi-disciplinary team and overseeing supply management. Requires current NJ RN/LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and Trach/Vent experience preferred. Flexible full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules available with weekly pay, sign-on bonus, and 24/7 clinical manager support.
Required Qualifications
- Current NJ RN/LPN license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Trach/Vent experience preferred
- Home care experience is a plus, but not required
