Pediatric RN

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate quality patient care under the direction of the Nursing Director or Supervisor, directing all nursing care based on clinical practice and federal, state, and local regulations. Incorporate age-specific development and cultural values into care plans while contributing to process improvement and multidisciplinary collaboration. Direct supervision of students may occur at the discretion of the area supervisor, requiring equivalent licensure or training. Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support, Neonate Resuscitate, and PALS certifications within 30 to 90 days of employment. No travel or prior experience required.
