Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of the Nursing Director or Supervisor, directing all nursing care based on established clinical practice and regulations. Incorporate age-specific developmental knowledge and cultural values into care plans while contributing to quality improvement through multidisciplinary collaboration. Directly supervise students at the discretion of the area supervisor, ensuring they possess the same licensure or training required for the discipline. Maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support and Neonate Resuscitate certifications within 30 days of hire, and obtain PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 90 days.
