Job Summary
Pediatric RN role providing private duty homecare nursing for pediatric and adult patients in patients’ homes. The LPN/LVN collaborates with clinicians to ensure outstanding clinical outcomes, delivers care across days, nights, and weekends, participates in ongoing training, utilizes electronic documentation, and supports patients and families with compassionate, patient-focused nursing in a home setting. Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component)
- TB skin test current within last 12 months
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation
