Pediatric Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Part Time - Day - Toms River, NJ

Evaluate, treat, and care for pediatric patients with breathing or cardiopulmonary disorders by planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care. Implement appropriate patient and family education while recognizing and addressing obvious health care needs in a culturally sensitive environment. Demonstrate proficiency with the ISTAT blood analysis system and promote continuity of respiratory care through interdisciplinary collaboration. Work day shifts in a part-time capacity of 24 hours per week, rotating as needed across hospital sites. Serve as a role model for Respiratory Therapy students and new employees while maintaining consistent professional accountability.
