Pediatric Rehabilitation Physician

Provide inpatient acute rehabilitation for patients aged 0 to 21, including a specialized program for infants with feeding difficulties, delayed milestones, or anxiety. Manage outpatient care focusing on cerebral palsy, spasticity management via ITB and Botulinum toxin, and coordinate with multidisciplinary clinics for home ventilation, spina bifida, and muscular dystrophy. Teach within the PMR residency program and pursue research projects supported by the department, particularly in the new Totally Infants' Program. Participate in an on-call pool for Adult Inpatient Rehab units as availability dictates. Typically work 8:00 - 5:30 pm with earlier Fridays, managing patient visits of 20-30 minutes for returns and 30-40 minutes for new patients.
