Job Summary
Provide direct patient care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes according to active plans of care. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer prescribed medications and therapies, and document clear clinical notes in KanTime EMR. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention while collaborating with therapists and medical professionals. Notify the RN Case Manager of any condition changes and ensure adherence to infection control procedures and state regulations. Requires one year of home health and pediatric experience, current RN license, and CPR certification. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions available with competitive pay, sign-on bonuses, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Current State Registered Nursing License or compact license where applicable
- One (1) Year Home Health Experience
- One (1) Year Pediatric Experience
- Current CPR Certification
- Reliable Transportation
- Must have reliable transportation to office and patients' homes
- Must be able to bend, reach, stand, stoop, sit, twist, talk, and hear
- Must be able to push and pull 50 pounds
- Must be able to support 50 pounds of weight
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to assist with weights of more than 100 pounds
- Must be able to carry equipment and supplies
- Must be able to see information up to 24 inches away
