Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one high-acuity pediatric home health nursing care, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment in a calm environment. Deliver skilled nursing for patients with needs including G-tube, trach, and vent management, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain safety standards with provided PPE aligned to CDC guidelines and utilize the employee portal to manage flexible scheduling and shift preferences. Requires an active Florida RN license, current BLS CPR card, and specific training in Alzheimer's care.
