Job Summary
Deliver dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including ventilation and tracheostomy management, in a home health setting. Provide focused nursing support for children requiring 24/7 care while maintaining consistent relationships with families. Utilize clinical judgment to execute clear care plans and physician orders, with access to respiratory therapists for training and 24/7 on-call clinical support. Requires an active Texas RN license, current BLS CPR certification, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care. Weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are included.
