Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent individuals, in a home health setting. Deliver skilled nursing with confidence while building consistent relationships with children and families. Maintain autonomy and continuity of care within a calm, controlled environment supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, BLS CPR certification, and G-tube, trach, or vent experience. Weekly pay, PTO, and comprehensive benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
