Job Summary
Schedule pediatric home health shifts for high-acuity patients, prioritizing night and day rotations as agreed upon with families. Manage one-on-one care for children with complex needs, including trach and vent support, while maintaining consistent daily hours across selected weekdays. Coordinate with respiratory therapists for training and mentorship, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders to deliver skilled nursing in a controlled environment. This role offers full-time flexibility with weekly pay, direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits including PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Colorado RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
