Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment with confidence. Manage care plans aligned with physician orders and utilize provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, in accordance with CDC safety guidelines. Maintain consistent relationships with patients and families, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Requires a current Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience with G-tubes, trachs, or ventilators.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
