Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and family while applying clinical judgment. Manage G-tube, trach, and vent care, or receive training and mentorship from respiratory therapists on staff. Utilize clear care plans and physician orders within a calm, controlled environment supported by 24/7 on-call clinical assistance. Maintain compliance with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania RN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
