Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, specifically those requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube support in a home health setting. Deliver skilled nursing using clinical judgment with confidence while building consistent relationships with the child and family. Maintain autonomy and continuity of care within a calm, controlled environment, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders. Receive 24/7 clinical support and mentorship from respiratory therapists, with PPE provided in every home aligned to CDC safety guidelines. Requires a valid New Jersey RN license, physical from within three years, and BLS CPR certification. Weekly pay, PTO, and medical benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD)or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
