Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one high-acuity pediatric home health care, focusing fully on the child and family while utilizing clinical judgment in a controlled environment. Deliver skilled nursing for patients with complex needs such as G-tubes, trachs, or ventilators, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Maintain patient safety through strict adherence to CDC guidelines with PPE provided in every home, while managing clear care plans and physician orders. This role requires an active Florida RN license with BLS CPR certification and offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and comprehensive training opportunities within a team designed for nurse autonomy and success.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
