Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one pediatric home health nursing care for patients with high acuity needs, including tracheostomy, ventilator, and G-tube management. Deliver skilled nursing in a calm, controlled environment while building consistent relationships with children and families. Utilize clinical judgment with confidence supported by 24/7 clinical resources, respiratory therapist mentorship, and clear physician orders. Maintain strict adherence to CDC safety guidelines with full PPE provision. Requires current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and relevant experience or willingness to train. Eligible candidates may qualify for a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
