Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, specifically those requiring tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube support in a home health setting. Deliver skilled nursing with confidence while maintaining consistent relationships with children and families. Utilize clear care plans and physician orders to manage complex cases, supported by 24/7 clinical expertise and respiratory therapy mentorship. Maintain autonomy in a calm environment with full PPE and safety protocols provided. This role offers a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive benefits including PTO and 401(k). Valid New Jersey RN licensure and recent BLS certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid New Jersey RN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- TB Skin Test (PPD)or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
