Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, focusing fully on the child and their family while utilizing clinical judgment. Manage care plans, physician orders, and PPE-aligned safety protocols including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer per CDC guidelines. Maintain consistent relationships with patients and families, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapist mentorship. Requires current active Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and experience or willingness to train in G-tube, trach, or vent care. Includes weekly pay, PTO, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Desired Qualifications
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
