Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one nursing care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs, including G-tube, trach, and vent management, in a controlled home environment. Deliver skilled nursing with confidence while building consistent relationships with children and families, supported by 24/7 clinical assistance and respiratory therapists for training and mentorship. Maintain patient safety through strict adherence to CDC guidelines with provided PPE, utilizing clear care plans and physician orders. Requires current Florida RN license, BLS CPR certification, and specific experience or willingness to train in high-acuity procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida RN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
